Senior Citrix Administrator – Miami, FL
($60,000 - 65,000 + outstanding benefits and vacation)
 
The Senior Citrix Administrator will be in charge of installing new software releases, system upgrades, evaluation and installation of  patches and resolves software related problems. Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. This role supervises 3 others (Citrix Specialist I, II, III).
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains day to day computer systems operations at network level
- Responsible for trouble-shooting system problems: e.g., lockups, system errors and hardware component malfunctions as required.
- Installation of new/upgraded software & hardware at Network
- Logs all new issues in the HCN Service Call log (HEAT) and update on a regular basis.
 
Must have:
Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience
Must have experience with CCA in Presentation Server 4 or XenApp 5 for Windows 2008
MCSE in Windows Server 2003
Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Design software; Development software; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
