Senior System Administrator – Miami, FL
($60,000 - 65,000 + outstanding benefits and vacation)
 
Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.  Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.  Has 3 reports (Systems Specialist I, II, III)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains day to day computer systems operations at network level
- Responsible for trouble-shooting system problems: e.g., lockups, system errors and hardware component malfunctions as required.
- Installation of new/upgraded software & hardware at Network
- Notifies immediate supervisor of any potentially critical issues.
- Follow up with center contacts on outstanding issues on a regular basis.
- Logs all new issues in the HCN Service Call log (HEAT) and update on a regular basis.
- Maintains HIPAA compliance.
 
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree & 4+ years experience
Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Design software; Development software; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
MCSE in Windows Server 2003
