Direct online strategic planning, marketing and communication initiatives in an online/e-commerce setting. Develop database and email tactics. Manage creative strategy and messaging. Manage budget. One direct report.

Requires 5+ years’ online consumer marketing management experience that includes on line retail (e-commerce where purchases are made). Health related and classic cpg product background a plus. Must have experience in SEO, SEM, Pay Per Click, Google and Yahoo ads, banner placements, retention marketing, affiliates, acquisition cost efficiency etc.

Hands on as well as strategic on line marketing skills required. Atmosphere is very entrepreneurial. Seeking candidates who thrive working in that kind of environment.
BS a must and MBA is highly preferred.
