Position: Tank Farm Building Project Manager
Location: New York, NY
Anticipated Salary Range: $150,000
Summary: Concentrated juice company in China with a sales branch in NY is in planning stages of building a tank farm in NYC from which to sell product directly once built.
Initial responsibility is to help company build the tank farm in NY port. Once constructed, and if qualified, will run branch operations.
Factory/tank farm construction experience in NY area is required. Familiarity with tank farm construction in the juice industry is a plus.
No need to understand/speak Chinese.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for tank farm building project of the company in America, and guarantee the quality, security and progress of the project;
• On behalf of the company to supervise the project progress of the tank farm building, coordinate with construction side and government;
• Take charge of EHS performance and legal compliance according to local laws and required standards
• Be responsible for tank farm operation and logistics management.
• Set up and update the system and work procedure for the work of tank farm operation and logistics management, including product transportation, storage and loading;
• Coordinate with clients and domestic plants for the product transportation, storage, loading and other important affairs;
• Other duties may be assigned
