Why Job Seekers Don't Need Sandwich Boards

Hi All,

Like Johnny Lemonade, I too have been away from here for far too long, but no pregancies here--congrats to you and the Mrs!  This has been a crazy Summer and I have been busy with the launch of the print edition of my book that just came out.  But I always believe you never forget your roots, and as someone who has been laid off twice before hitting her entrepreneurial stride, my heart is always with those who have been handed lemons by an employer.

So today I recorded a new What You Know Is Worth More Than You Know(TM), The Podcast episode which is devoted to my thoughts on the top news story that came out this week about the British college graduate who paraded in front of employers' offices in London wearing a sandwich board in a desperate effort to get a job, and how he could do things in a more empowered way.

It's episode #51 called Why Job Seekers Don't Need Sandwich Boards and if you prefer to read rather than listen, you can check out Attention Job Seekers: You Don't Need A Sandwich Board at What You Know Is Worth More Than You Know(TM) - The Blog For Infopreneurs.

Would love your thoughts on these!

Wishing You Maximum Success!
